When do products ship?
Most in-stock products are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Some products may be shipped directly from third-party warehouses and require additional processing time.
Where can I track my order?
Most orders can be tracked here.
How can I return an item?
Most products are not eligible for return, except in cases where the wrong product was sent, or the product sent was defective. In those rare instances, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a return authorization.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes! Supply chain issues are a major problem world-wide, so we may at times run out of stock on certain items, but rest-assured, they aren’t gone for good!
Do you ship internationally?
