Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are only accepted in the event that the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us and request a return-authorization within 24 hours of product delivery. In the event that a return is authorized, Springwater Scientific LLC will, at its sole discretion, replace the product or offer a refund upon receipt and inspection of returned product. Product must be returned in original, unused condition to the address provided on the return-authorization. Returns/replacements will only be provided once product is received and inspected. Please allow 2 business days for product inspection and an additional 3-5 business days for the return to be issued, or replacement product to be shipped.
